Sharp Mary Birch Records

For those that delivered at Mary Birch, have you been able to access the medical records of your birth? FollowMyHealth is a little confusing to me and not even sure it’s set up right but there’s nothing on there. I really just want to read the notes from birth because i was in labor for 40 hours and had a traumatic birth so I’m still trying to fill in the blanks. Thank you

I delivered there in November and have not seen anything from my labor/delivery either. It’s interesting because I had to come back to the ER at sharp memorial the following week for postpartum gestational hypertension and I can see all the notes from that visit in my FollowMyHealth account. My November baby’s account also isn’t updated with her ped appointments, etc. so I’m unable to message her ped directly. There’s definitely some sort of disconnect with what info is uploaded into our patient portal :/

Violation Reported

I delivered back in April 2022 and i don’t see any medical records… Odd, right? I even had a complication (an infection from my water breaking too early) and I thought it would be in my charts but they never were. If you ask your OB, they’d be able to access it though.
